On Tuesday, July 21, the MBA will hosted the first of several planned virtual meetings. We welcomed Shelley LaRose-Arken, Commissioner of Long Island MacArthur Airport, and Angie Carpenter, Supervisor of the Town of Islip, as our featured speakers. Ms. LaRose-Arken discussed the current status of McArthur Airport, as well as plans and projections for the future. The Supervisor covered Islip’s role in assisting local business, especially in the MacArthur Corridor, and spoke about the Ronkonkoma hub project.
